Applications are being invited for the following post for Regional Level Viral Research &
Diagnostic Laboratory under DHR/ICMR Funded “Establishment of a Network of Research
Laboratories for Managing Epidemics and Natural Calamities” in the Department of
Microbiology, JIPMER on a contract basis.

Duration: The post is time-bound for a period of 1 year (likely to continue beyond 1 year).

Qualifications and also Experience: M. Sc. Microbiology from a recognized University/Institute with 2 years of research experience/ PhD in Microbiology.
Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge/Experience in Medical Microbiology/molecular techniques and/or UGCCSIR/ICMR/DBT-JRF qualification, as well as basic computer applications.
