The Department proposes to conduct a walk-in-interview to engage 02 Junior Project Fellows (JPFs) on the following PAC approved projects on purely temporary basis to work in the Department of Education in Science and Mathematics (DESM) for the period as mentioned against each :
Position 1
Job Title : Junior Project Fellows (JPFs)
Title of Project with PAC code : Promoting Quality of Learning in Science and Mathematics at Upper Primary Level in Two Divisions of Uttar Pradesh (PAC Code 6.08)
Tenure of Fellowship : Six months from the date of joining
Qualification :
Essential: Master’s degree in Physics/Chemistry/Zoology/Botany/Life Science/ /Bio-Sciences/Bio-Chemistry or in any related discipline with minimum 55% Marks for general category (50% marks in the case of SC/ST/PH).
Desirable:
i) Degree/Diploma in Education (Pertaining to School Education)
ii) Experience of working in computer software for statistical analysis/SPSS
iii) National Eliqibilitv Test (NET)
Position 2
Job Title : School Science – A Quarterly Journal (PAC Code 6.27)
Title of Project with PAC code : Promoting Quality of Learning in Science and Mathematics at Upper Primary Level in Two Divisions of Uttar Pradesh (PAC Code 6.08)
Tenure of Fellowship : Upto 31st March, 2018
Qualification :
Essential: Master’s degree in Physics/Chemistry/Zoology/Botany/Life
Science/Computer Science or in any related discipline with minimum 55% Marks for general category (50% marks in the case of SC/ST/PH).
Desirable :
i) Experience of working in computer software
ii) ii) Experience of working on internet
iii) National Eliqibility Test (NET)
Age Limit : Below 40 years as per UGC guidelines
Consolidated & fixed monthly Salary : Rs.16,000/- p.m. consolidated (NET Qualified) and Rs.14,000/- p.m. consolidated (Non-NET)

Note :

2. Post is contractual with no provision of increment in the remuneration
