1. Training to field staff / Technical staff in our product range.
2. Creating awareness for our products by conducting scientific programs.
3. Handle customer Complaints and close them with in stipulated time.
4. Visit customer site to handle complaints.
5. Compliances to SOPs
6. To take Analyze Customer feedback.
7. Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager
