Key Responsibilities
- Provide scientific responses to complex inquiries and solutions to customers’ research challenges, collaborating with senior scientists when needed.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and research interests.
- Handle quality complaints by effectively troubleshooting and investigating the root cause in collaboration with internal and external teams, while also managing cross-reference requests to support customer needs.
- Management of incoming emails and website requests will be part of daily responsibilities.
- Maintain a high level of customer acumen by communicating clearly, setting realistic expectations that align with both customer needs and organizational objectives, and ensuring timely, courteous, and professional interactions with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to all Compliance and Technical Training requirements. Time will be scheduled monthly to ensure all required training courses are complete and up to date.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Life Science (Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and situations.
- Solves problems that are generally of moderate scope and complexity, following established SOPs and procedures.
Experience Required
- 0–2 years of experience as an R&D Lab Technician in the life science industry or a Technical Support Representative in the life science industry.
