Job Overview:
The Executive – Analytical Development role at Sun Pharma involves analytical method development, validation, and routine testing of APIs. The position supports R&D regulatory activities while ensuring data integrity, compliance with GMP standards, and efficient analytical operations.
Educational Requirements:
- MSc in life science discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in analytical development or pharmaceutical R&D
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform method development and validation using HPLC, GC, and ion chromatography.
- Conduct chemical and wet analysis of APIs
- Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments and software
- Handle EMPOWER and Chromeleon systems efficiently
- Perform analytical instrument calibration
- Maintain GMP-compliant data recording and documentation
- Support analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving activities
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of analytical development techniques
- Hands-on experience with chromatographic instruments
- Understanding of GMP and data integrity practices
- Familiarity with LIMS, QMS, and EDMS tools
- Good communication and presentation skills
