Job Summary:
The Manager – R&D will lead and oversee research and product development projects, managing a team of scientists and associates. The role involves conducting advanced biochemistry, molecular biology, and cell biology studies, ensuring innovation, quality, and compliance in line with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and execute R&D projects aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary research team.
• Develop and maintain experimental protocols, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams for technology transfer and product scale-up.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and scientific literature.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain quality control.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and dossiers for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external partners, academic collaborators, and CROs/CDMOs as needed.
