Experience: Fresher, 0-3 years (Prior Experience in any event management will be given preference)
Salary: Rs 10000 per month

Role and Responsibilities: As an Intern, your mission will encompass:
- Process Optimization:
- Assist in analysing and improving operational processes and workflows
- Collaborate with IBioM Trustees & team members to ensure professional & effective office system
- Ecosystem Engagement:
- Help monitor and manage IBioM Ecosystem on all social media channels
- Stayin in close contact with members of the community and maintaining activity and engagement
- Assist in handling feedback and working with teams to resolve any operational issues
- Provide support for service-related tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Project Management Support:
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of routine weekly & monthly meets/projects
- Help in coordinating timelines, resources, and finances involved in projects.
- Work closely with IBioM Trustees and team members to ensure the smooth execution of routine meetings
- Document Management and Reporting:
- Help create and maintain operational documentation such as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), financial documents, etc.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on routine meetings
- Help ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Technological Advancement:
- Stay abreast of and continually update with newer technologies related to biotech & life sciences sectors
- Efficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Presentation, etc.
Joining Details: Start Date: 27th Jan 2025
Work Hours: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, plus two Saturdays (half-day)
Location: Foundation for Indian Biotech MSME and StartUps
