About the Job:
Position: Intern – Bioinformatics
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
What We Want You To Do:
- Perform data analysis on large-scale biological datasets, including genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics data.
- Develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines for data processing and interpretation.
- Assist in the development of scripts and software tools to automate data analysis tasks.
- Collaborate with researchers and scientists to interpret and visualize results.
- Contribute to research documentation, including reports and presentations.
- Stay up to date with the latest bioinformatics tools, methods, and technologies.
What Are We Looking In You:
- Completed a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Perl.
- Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and databases (e.g., BLAST, NCBI, Ensembl, etc.).
- Understanding of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and data visualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
