Experience: 5-10 years in Cell & Tissue Manufacturing (GMP Environment)
Qualification: PhD or MSc in Life Sciences/Biotechnology or related field
Location: Chennai

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Research Scientist to join our Biologics team. If you have a background in product development and technology transfer in a GMP environment, we want you to be part of our journey!
Key Duties
- Oversee new product development and scale-up of successful R&D batches.
- Ensure seamless transfer of technology to commercial batches.
- Respond to regulatory queries and oversee documentation for dossiers.
- Regularly review stability study protocols and reports.
- Maintain quality while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor formulators in literature study and patent research.
- Achieve product targets for both export and domestic registration.
- Review and validate process and analytical protocols.
- Manage in-process data, COA, and project log books.
- Lead troubleshooting during scale-up and commercial production.
Competencies Required
- Aseptic Processing, GMP, Cell Handling, Cell Expansion, and Equipment Handling (e.g., Biosafety Cabinets, Lyophilizers).
- Strong Problem-solving, Detail-oriented, Adaptable, and Organized.
