Applications are invited from highly motivated individuals for one JRF position in a Government of West Bengal– Science and technology and Biotechnology sponsored Project entitled “Development of plant product based preventive measure against transport, accumulation and associated toxicity of arsenic in biological system from agro-ecological sources”(Ref. No.: 2145 (Sanc.)/STBT-11012(11)/2/2024-ST SEC dated 10.02.2024)in the Laboratory of Dr. Amlan Ghosh, Department of Life Sciences, Presidency University, Kolkata.
Project detail: ” Development of plant product based preventive measure against transport, accumulation and associated toxicity of arsenic in biological system from agro-ecological sources”
Salary:
- 25000 (consolidated) for Year 1 and
- 230000 (consolidated) for Year 3
Essential Qualification: The candidate must have good academic record with first class Masters degree in any branch of Life Science from recognized University and have qualified UGC/CSIR NET (LS) .
Desirable Qualification: Candidates having experience with laboratory animal handling (rat/mice) and different standard methods/protocol on animal experimentation will be preferred.
