Online applications are invited for the posts of Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) and Data entry operator in the ICMR, New Delhi funded project entitled “Spectrum of Adrenocortiosteroid Insufficiency and Glucocorticoid Receptor expression in neonatal sepsis and its impact on mortality” under Dr. Shiv Sajan Saini, Newborn Unit, Department of Pediatrics, PGIMER, Chandigarh as per the details given below:-

How to Apply:
Interested candidates can apply through the online application form by opening the google link separately given for the two posts (see below) by 5.00 PM till 31st March, 2024. Hard copies must be submitted after filling the google form. Hard copies must be accompanied with attachment(s) containing
your brief CV, relevant qualification certificates, experience certificates, and a recent passport size photograph. No objection Certificate from current employer is required. Hard copies will not be entertained if the candidates do not submit google form. Hard copies must reach at room no. 05, NICU Office, level-III, F-Block, Nehru Hospital, PGIMER, Chandigarh, office by 4 PM on 2nd April 2024.- The candidates will initially be shortlisted based on the qualification and work experience. If numbers of candidates are more, a written test might be taken (dates of screening examination will be shared subsequently through email mentioned in the google form). Type test will be taken for candidates applying for data entry operator. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview (please enter email address AND phone numbers carefully in the google form).
- No TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview.
- The appointment will be initially offered for a period of one year and will be extended depending upon satisfactory performance of the candidate and extension by the funding agency.
- These appointments will be made under the project sanctioned to the P.I. by the ICMR, New Delhi. The appointments will not vest any right to claim by the candidate for regular appointment or permanent absorption in PGIMER, Chandigarh/ICMR, New Delhi or continued for other Project.
- Expiry of contract: The contract will automatically expire on completion of the project or earlier in case of withdrawal of support by the funding agency. The engagement in the project is purely temporary and coterminous with the project. The contractual appointment can be terminated at any time by either side by giving 30 days’ notice or salary in lieu thereof.
