As a Freelance Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and informative online lectures, workshops, and training sessions to our diverse audience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Content Delivery: Prepare and deliver well-structured and comprehensive online lectures, workshops, and training sessions in your area of expertise within the field of biotechnology.
- Engaging Presentation: Utilize effective teaching methodologies and communication techniques to ensure that complex scientific concepts are presented in an engaging and accessible manner.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our curriculum development team to create and update course materials, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry trends.
- Assessments and Feedback: Design and administer appropriate assessments to evaluate participants’ understanding of the material. Provide constructive feedback to foster continuous learning and improvement.
- Q&A / Mentorship Sessions: Conduct interactive Q&A sessions to address participants’ queries and clarify doubts related to the course content.
- Time Management: Deliver lectures and sessions within the allocated time frame, maintaining punctuality and adhering to the schedule.
- Professionalism: Exhibit a high level of professionalism and uphold Biotecnika’s standards and values while interacting with students and other team members.
- Subject Expertise: Stay up-to-date with advancements in your field and continuously improve your knowledge to deliver the most relevant and accurate information.
Requirements:
- PhD / Postdoc in a relevant life science discipline (e.g., Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, etc.) with a strong academic background.
- Must have completed PhD
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking style.
- Prior teaching or training experience, either in an academic setting or as a professional trainer, is preferred.
- Proficient in using technology for online content delivery, including web conferencing tools and virtual classroom platforms.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping learners succeed in their academic and professional pursuits.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of various learners and create an inclusive learning environment.
- Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to embrace new teaching methodologies and approaches for enhanced learning experiences.
