Applications are invited for the Post of Project Assistant (2 nos.) for ICMR (Project No.: VIR/COVID-19/35/2021/ECD-1, dt. 08-02-2023, in the CO2 Research and Green Technologies Centre & Centre for Bioseparation Technology (CBST), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore.

Location – VIT – Vellore, Tamil Nadu.

Qualification –

• Post-1: Qualification-Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry/ Microbiology/Biotechnology and any other relevant area of biology without or with NET/GATE qualification.
• Post-2: Qualification-Post Graduate Degree in Life -Sciences/Microbiology/Biotechnology or any other relevant area of biology without or with NET/GATE qualification.

Desirable (if any) – Candidates having very good research experience in electrochemistry/ bioelectroanalytical chemistry/electrochemical immunosensor (post-1) and immunological/immunoanalytical assays and monoclonal antibody generation (post-2) will be highly preferred. The selected candidate would need to join immediately.

Stipend – Rs. 31,000 /- per month for 18 months (consolidated)
