FSSAI Exam Results 2022 – Food Analyst Written Exam Results

RESULT NOTICE (DR-04/2021)

Subject: Declaration of result of written examination for the post of Food Analyst (Advt. No. DR-04/2021), FSSAI – reg.

Food Safety & Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) had conducted written examination for 04 posts (UR-1, OBC(NCL)-1, SC-1 & EWS-1) of Food Analyst on 30th March, 2022. A total 150 candidates appeared in the written examination. The selection to the post is to be based on the combined score of written examination and interview, wherein the weightage of these stages is 85% and 15% respectively.

It has been decided to invite the candidates in the ratio of 1:10 for submission of documents for the posts of Food Analyst for prima-facie verification of eligibility. First the eligibility of candidates in the ratio of 1:5, as per merit, would be verified and the documents of remaining candidates (in sequence as per merit) would be verified subject to any candidate from 1:5 ratio found ineligible in terms of eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement. Based on marks obtained and verification of prima-facie eligibility, candidates in the ratio of 1:5 as per merit would only be called for interview. Candidates may note

that merely submission of documents for prima-facie verification and appearance of roll number in the list (Annexure-B) does not bestow the right for being called for interview.

Based on the marks scored in written examination, the category-wise cut off marks (in the ratio of 1:10) is given in the table below:

Individual score card of the candidates will be made available on FSSAI website after completion of the recruitment process for the post.

All the candidates, whose roll numbers are mentioned in Annexure ‘B’ are required to send legible scanned copies of all the documents (as per list below) for verification of their eligibility. The list of documents in chronological order are given below

  1. Proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate/10th Certificate with Date of Birth issued by the concerned State/Central Education Board.
  2. Educational qualification certificate and Marks sheets from 10th standard onwards issued by concerned Board/University/College etc. in support of the requisite Educational Qualification as on date specified in the Recruitment Notice DR-04/2021.
  3. Equivalency of Educational Qualification (if applicable)
  4. Certificate(s) in the prescribed format in support of the claim of the candidate being
    SC/ST/OBC/ EWS/PwBD etc. issued by the Competent Authority.
  5. In the case of candidates belonging to the OBC category, the certificate should specifically contain a clause that the candidates do not belong to the Creamy layer as mentioned in the Recruitment Notice on the closing date of application.
  6. “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from the present employer in case of candidates serving in Central/State/Quasi Government Offices, Public Sector Undertaking, Autonomous bodies, etc.
  7. Experience Certificate: Certificate from the Employer in support of having possessed relevant experience as per advertisement, as on the date specified in the said recruitment notice for the post. The experience certificate must contain post details, date of joining, date of relieving, nature of experience, Pay Level/Grade Pay/CTC, etc.
  8. Pay Scale/Grade Pay/IDA scale/Cost to Company as specified in the Recruitment Notice
  9. Documents/Certificate substantiating status related to Ex-Servicemen in support of your claim for availing age relaxation, if applicable.
  10. Female candidates who have changed their First/Last/Middle Name after marriage shall produce Gazette Notification/their original Marriage Certificate/ affidavit in original.
  11. Any other relevant documents in support of eligibility for Educational Qualification, Relevant Experience and Pay Scale/Grade Pay/IDA scale/Cost to Company as specified in the Recruitment Notice.
  12. Currently valid photo identity proof (PAN, Aadhar Card, Permanent Driving License, Passport, Voter’s Card). Please note – Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will not be accepted as valid ID Proof.
  13. Self-Declaration as per Annexure-‘A’.

The candidates are directed to login through their register ID on Link for Documents Verification available on our website www.fssai.gov.in and upload legible copies of all the requisite documents mentioned in the list. Portal will be made live from 22.08.2022 to 31.08.2022. Documents submitted through any other modes will not be accepted.
