Job Purpose: The incumbent should be well versed with Cell culture Techniques and well versed with the Upstream processes.
Advance Cell Culturing Techniques Certification Course
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility for all aspects of cell culture upstream processing in shake flasks and bioreactor scale, including media/feed/solution preparation.
- Cell revival, seed culture maintenance, and cryopreservation of cells while adhering to safety procedures and quality systems.
- Should be able to handle shake flask and bioreactor.
- Accurate and reliable record keeping, batch records, Lab notebook, and all pertaining documentation.
- Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace, ensuring individual and lab safety
- Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc Biotechnology or Biochemistry
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Cell culture, transient transfection, stable cell line generation, flow cytometry, ELISA, SDS PAGE, Western blot analysis.
- Handling Bioreactor
Experience: 0-3 years post qualification
Behavioral Skills:
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
