Declaration of result of Graduate Aptitude Test -Biotechnology (GAT – B) and Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) – 2022

National Testing Agency (NTA) Conducted Entrance Examination for Graduate Aptitude Test – Biotechnology (GAT – B) and Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) – 2022 on 23.04.2022 for admission to Department of Biotechnology supported Post Graduate Programme in
Biotechnology and allied areas in participating Institutions (GAT-B) and for the award of DBT – Junior Research Fellowship (DBT-JRF) for pursuing research in frontier areas of Biotechnology (BET).

The exams were held in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

The exams were held in 56 cities across India for admission to the above-mentioned
Programme.

The exams were conducted by taking all necessary precautions, observing social distancing, sanitization, staggered entry of candidates into the exam hall, provision of masks to candidates, etc, laid down by the Govt. of India.

Post exam, the questions, provisional answer keys and the responses of the candidates were displayed on the NTA website during 01-03 May 2022 and challenges were invited from the candidates who appeared in the exam. The challenges received were got verified by the experts and the results were processed as per the verified answer keys.

Results of the examination – Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2022 are now hosted on
https://dbt.nta.ac.in.

• Candidates who had applied for Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2022 can log in to the website and view/download/print their scorecard.
• Candidates who had applied for Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology can download / Print their Score and Rank Card afterwards.

The eligibility criteria, self-declaration, various documents, etc. of the eligible candidates shall be verified as per norms specified by the Institutes where admission is sought, at subsequent stages of the admission process. NTA does not have any responsibility towards
correctness/genuineness of the uploaded information/documents during the application
process.

The responsibility of NTA is limited to inviting online applications, the conduct of the entrance test, declaration of results and providing the results to the Regional Centre for Biotechnology for further action at their end.
