Sub – Interactive Online Session on arrangements for uploading attendance certificate
of Research Fellows.
Ref. – CSIR-HRDG letter No. 1/US/EMR-1/2020 dated 22/12/2021.
CSIR-HRDG is committed to make the process of disbursement of fellowship seamless,
faster, transparent and timely. Towards this aim, new arrangements for uploading the
attendance certificate have been made and notified vide letter cited under reference.
Institutions are now encouraged to submit the attendance certificate on NewFMS by the
10th of each subsequent month only. The portal would be closed for uploads of
attendance certificates of Fellows from 11th to 27th of the month. However, attendance
of any previous period on or after August 2019 may be uploaded from 28th of a given
month to 10th of the next month. As notified earlier the new arrangements will be
effective from 01/01/2022.
In order to allay the concern of all stakeholders, i.e Research fellows, Makers, Checkers
and Institutions, an online meeting has been arranged by CSIR-HRDG on 31/12/2021
@ 2.30 p.m. Officials from CSIR-HRDG will be available in the meeting to answer the
queries from all the concerned.
