Job Overview:

For Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd., We are looking for Scientist Microbiology to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for the completion of projects and the accuracy of the results within the project time lines along with planning and execution of projects in co-operation with team members.

What you will certainly accomplish along with us:

• Propose, execute and drive technical work packages within defined projects in related technology areas according to company strategy and guidelines.
• Actively participate in external expert-expert groups and/or other academic networks in his/her technology area.
• Contribute to exploration in area of expertise to generate new state of the art knowledge.
• Manage, train and substitute for Associate Scientists and technicians as per requirement.
• Take responsibility for supervision, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensures that laboratories are in compliance with Company Laboratory Quality Assurance and Safety Manuals.

What will convince us:

• Master degree in Microbiology
• 1 – 2 years of work experience in the relevant field
• Good documentation skills, ability to prepare technical presentations and reports
• Analytical and conceptional thinker able to solve complex problems
• Experience with managing people desired.
