Essential Qualification: PhD in life sciences with at least one publication in SCI indexed Journal.
Desirable Qualifications: Analyzing
large NGS datasets, assembly, Proficiency andprogramming/scripting experience. Proficiency with standard bioinformatics and statistics tools, resources and packages. Profound experience in working Linux platform.
Profound experience in analyzing data generated on Illumina’s platforms.
Emoluments: Rs. 54,520.00 Per month
For Post II
Essential Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Basic (M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Microbiology) with NET or equivalent qualification with 2 years of research experience.
Emoluments: Rs. 40,600.00 Per month
