NCCS Project Training 2020 Biological Science – Applications Invited

Project Training Programme during the period:
From July- 2020 to December- 2020 (SIX MONTHS) OR
July- 2020 to lune – 2021 (ONE YEAR) session

NCCS invites applications from the eligible Indian National candidates with following Qualifications to undertake Project Training as a part of the dissertation work/course curriculum at the Institute.

• The students that are pursuing B.Tech. In any field, B. Pharm & Integrated M.Sc. And are in the final year of this degree and interested in pursuing research in Biological Sciences.
• The students that are pursuing M. Sc., M. Pharm, M. Tech., M.B.B.S., M.D. and are in the final year of the degree.
• The M.B.B.S., M.D. qualified applicants who are interested in translational clinical research.

Students who have completed or will be completing their post-graduation prior to the training session starts (except M.B.B.S., M.D.) aren’t eligible.

Candidates can submit their application in the prescribed format available on NCCS site Together with copies of the following documents:

1. Proof of Date of birth.
2. All Bachelor’s degree mark sheets & recent last Semester mark sheet.
3. A certificate from the Head of the Department/ Principal of College/ University/ Educational Institute in the prescribed format * (Annexure –A) on the Letter Head.

Note:

1. The complete application form along with all the aforementioned documents could be sent, The Dean, Academics, National Centre for Cell Science, S. P. Pune University Campus, Pune – 411 007 before or on 30.04.2020 by post or courier.
2. Head of the Departments is asked to forward a maximum of two applications only from their departments.
3. NCCS won’t give any stipend or Hostel accommodation and won’t charge any fees for the Project Training.
4. Candidates willing to undergo the project training for a minimum period of 5 OR 10 months (during their post-graduation) for July 2020 to December 2020 OR July 2020 to June 2021 session may apply to undergo training for less than 5 OR 10 months shouldn’t apply. This is a fulltime training programme and part-time students won’t be entertained.
5. Applications received without the certificate (Annexure -A) in the prescribed format given on our site won’t be considered for selection. The list of selected candidates will be published on the NCCS site by 08.05.2020.
