NOTICE
This is for general information of all CSIR Research Fellows/ Associates working in R&D Institutions, Universities, IITs and Colleges etc. that while disbursing their fellowship under Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode, it has been observed that in many cases either their Joining Reports have not reached CSIR-HRDG or their tenure has not been extended or the orders for their upgradation to the position of SRFship have not been issued. Consequently their current status could not be updated in our database which has resulted in non- release of their fellowship. Hence, all such Research Fellows/Associates are requested to submit their Annual Progress Report to their Guide immediately and all Grantee Institutions are requested to process the matter further and send their Annual Progress Report alongwith the recommendations of Guide/Three Member Assessment Committee as the case may be to CSIR-HRDG immediately so that their fellowship may be released after doing the needful. Further all Grantee Institutions are also requested to visit our website and send the Fellowship claim bills as per the instructions available there.
