About the Workshop
Introduction to High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC): Basic principles and essential concepts. Chemistry of separation mechanism, and modes.
Instrumentation:
Main components in an HPLC system include the solvent reservoir, or multiple reservoirs, a high-pressure pump, a column, injector system and the detector. Troubleshooting process for problems like pressure, baseline, peak shape and retention issues.

Hands-on Demo (Preparative an analytical):
Live demonstration of experiments including few special applications on small molecules and peptides, Quantification, data interpretation ,with real data update on latest techniques / developments.

Start-ups/Industry professionals.Students and staff of Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ materials sciences/ engineering/ analytical/physical chemistry/related fields.
