Educational Qualifications:

Master’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Microbiology (or related field) with 1–3 years of experience in relevant manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform unit operations (Upstream, Downstream, Conjugation, and Formulation) for Primary, Secondary, and Polyclonal production as per the schedule.
  • Accurately complete batch records, update equipment logbooks, and ensure raw materials’ availability.
  • Document detailed production observations following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all company safety standards.
  • Handle mammalian cell culture activities and ensure all downstream equipment are calibrated on time.
  • Collaborate effectively between R&D and Manufacturing Sciences teams for project implementation.
  • Prepare and update SOPs for new equipment or processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, JDI, and PPI initiatives.
  • Support productivity improvements, cost efficiency, and equipment maintenance in the laboratory environment.
  • Ensure adherence to Thermo Fisher’s quality commitment and safety protocols.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong digital proficiency (Microsoft Office and related tools).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Customer-oriented, adaptable, and detail-driven.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Flexibility to work across shifts as required.
