Roles and Responsibilities:

• Use Computer Vision and Machine Learning techniques to identify and track mosquito larvae from video recordings.
• Train artificial neural network models and use them along with other computer vision techniques to identify and track individual larvae.
• Analyze the data to answer scientific questions.
• Collaborate with a software developer to set up a pipeline for automating the process of identifying and tracking larvae from video data.

Essential Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Duration: Initially for one year.
