why pdf file where is marks sheet of passout or fail candidates? and if fail then also candidates need to know their marks and percentage

Is there any possibility to change the cut off marks for the dec 2017 csir net, for physical sciences. Please inform me sir as early as possible because I have lost my result within 0.31%.
