Change Management Specialist
As a Change Management Specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring successful transformations and modernizations across the organization. The key focus is on the people side of change, preparing, supporting, and equipping employees to adopt and use changes related to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures across Sanofi R&D. He/she will be responsible for coordinating tasks with the R&D change specialist assistants when applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Change Strategies

Create and execute change management plans using Sanofi’s standard playbook.

Identify stakeholders and build engagement strategies to secure support.

Anticipate and minimize resistance to organizational change.
Drive Adoption and Proficiency
-
Support adoption of changes to improve ROI and long-term outcomes.

Collaborate with executives, team leads, and project teams.

Conduct impact assessments and change readiness reviews as R&D.
Support Communication & Engagement

Design and deliver targeted communication plans.

Monitor pre- and post-go-live adoption metrics.

Develop tailored action plans to enhance change uptake as R&D.

Provide hypercare support post-implementation for long-term success.
Mitigate Risks and Measure Outcomes

Identify potential risks related to change initiatives.

Track progress and report effectiveness of change activities.
About You
Experience
-
Background in Change Management, Communications, or Marketing (pharma industry preferred).

Project management experience is a strong plus.
Skills & Competencies

Solid knowledge of pharma processes, clinical trials, and regulatory workflows.

Proficiency in change management principles and stakeholder alignment.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influence skills.

Comfortable working across cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Quality, Regulatory).

Agility in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Familiarity with AI technologies is a plus.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Communication, or a related field.

Certification in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP) is advantageous.
Languages

Excellent English (verbal and written).

French and/or German are a plus.
