- Media suitability and growth promotion test.
- Qualification of Biological Indicators.
- Testing of Exposed Biological Indicators.
- Isolation and identification of plants isolates.
- Handling of cultures.
- Antibiotic bioassays.
- Preservative efficacy test.
- Preparation of SOPs, GTPs.
- Up dating of all related documents.
- Follow ups of general microbiology activities
- Media preparation, Sterilization and maintenance.
- Microbial limit test of all received samples.
- Primary packing material analysis.
- All method validations.
- Analyst qualification .
- Preparation of SOPs, GTPs & protocols.
- Compliance of cGMP & GLP.
- Implementation of testing and operating procedures.
- Up dating of all related documents.
- Follow ups of General microbiology activities.
- Preparation of trends.
- Maintaing of stock requirement
Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology)
Experience: 2 – 7 Years
Location: Hyderabad/ Secunderabad
