India Innovation Research Center is a newly established not-for-profit research institute with the mandate to promote convergent fundamental as well as translational research in India. The mission of the Center is to nurture an ecosystem that fosters innovation, i.e. pursue research that not only advances science but also has a societal impact. With research laboratories in Delhi and Bangalore, the Center has already attracted outstanding researchers from top academic institutions globally. While the initial focus is on cancer biology, chemical biology, drug discovery and nanotechnology, it is anticipated that the center will evolve into additional high-growth areas of science and technology that can converge together to address major societal challenges. While the Center is still at a seedling stage, the roadmap is to evolve as the leading global research institute based in India.

Applications are invited for one post of Research fellow in DBT sponsored project entitled “Role of nanochannels in modulating metastasis in different breast cancer subtypes”

Job Title: Research Fellow

Project Title: “Role of nanochannels in modulating metastasis in different breast cancer subtypes”

Minimum Qualification: Master’s degree/equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in any branch of Life Sciences /Biotechnology /Molecular Biology /Microbiology and Biochemistry. Experience in cell culture and imaging is desirable.

Fellowship:

Rs. 21500/- per month consolidated.

Post Type: Post is temporary and subject to availability of funds from DBT.
