Key Responsibilities
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) as per SOPs and safety plans
- Perform ICSR triage and evaluate data for completeness and regulatory reportability
- Enter and code data in safety databases (Argus experience required)
- Prepare accurate narrative summaries and follow up on safety queries
- Support expedited safety reporting as per global regulations
- Perform literature screening and MedDRA coding
- Manage duplicate cases and safety tracking activities
- Support xEVMPD submissions, SPOR/IDMP activities, and TMF documentation
- Participate in audits and apply safety regulatory intelligence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, or related discipline
- Equivalent education and experience acceptable
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety
Skills Required
- Strong experience in ICSR case processing
- Proficiency in Argus Safety database
- Understanding of ICH-GCP, GVP, and global safety regulations
- Knowledge of clinical trial phases II–IV and post-marketing safety
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
