Position: Good Manufacturing Practices Trainer (For Students)
Location: Bangalore (In-Person / Offline)
Pay: ₹500 – ₹550 per hour (based on session duration)
Experience: 0–3 years (Training or Industry Exposure Preferred)
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Biotech, Microbiology, Food Tech, Chemistry) / Chemical Engineering or Relevant Field
Job Summary
Netcraft is a UK-based cybersecurity company that helps organizations detect and take down online threats such as phishing, fraud, and brand impersonation. It works globally with governments, banks, and enterprises to protect their digital presence and keep users safe online.
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable GMP Trainer to train students in Good Manufacturing Practices and industrial quality standards. The trainer will deliver classroom and practical sessions to help students understand compliance, safety, and quality procedures followed in regulated manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct structured training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Develop training materials, slide decks, worksheets, and lab manuals aligned with GMP standards.
• Teach core topics, including:

Introduction to GMP and Quality Systems

Personnel Hygiene & Safety Protocols
-
Documentation & Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Equipment & Facility Maintenance
-
Production & Process Controls
-
Handling Raw Materials & Packaging
-
Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC)
-
WHO, USFDA, ISO and other Regulatory Guidelines
• Provide real-world case studies from pharmaceutical, biotech, food and chemical manufacturing sectors.
• Assess student performance, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Guide students on mini-projects, internships, and simulated production work.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of GMP, Quality Systems, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Ability to simplify technical topics for beginners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good organization and documentation skills.
Preferred Background
• Prior experience as a trainer, QA/QC professional, or GMP facilitator.
• Certifications in GMP / GLP / GDP / Regulatory Affairs are an added advantage.
