Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of quality assurance or regulatory experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and database trending analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of medical devices, electrical and electronic systems, and biomedical equipment.

- Write investigation summaries based on technical product analysis.
- Evaluate incoming complaint information and maintain electronic records.
- Determine the reportability of complaints to government agencies.
- Identify and document complaint categories for accurate trend analysis.
- Liaise with Technical Services, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance teams.
- Provide technical expertise to support complaint handling in compliance with FDA and international regulations.
- Review risk management documentation as it applies to complaints.
- Interact with external stakeholders, including customers and healthcare professionals.
