Educational Requirements for the Clinical Data Associate Role:
- Graduate in Clinical or Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- Candidates with relevant qualifications or experience in allied professions may also be considered.
- Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in data management within research, pharmaceuticals, or CROs.
Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Data Associate Role:
- Perform clinical trial data entry using Clinical Data Management software.
- Assist in data review and query resolution with sponsors or monitoring staff.
- Track Case Report Form (CRF) pages, data queries, and ensure timely data entry.
- Support database and edit check testing under CDM supervision.
- Assist in data cleaning, validation, and external data reconciliation.
- Create reports, listings, and project documentation as required.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with lead CDMs and project teams.
Skills Required for the Clinical Data Associate Role:
- Proficiency in clinical data management tools and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
