Job Overview
Clinical Data Management Opportunity: As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will support and oversee CDM activities across electronic data capture (EDC) platforms, including iTakeControl. Your work will ensure data quality, security, and compliance from study conception to closeout while collaborating with cross-functional teams
.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor databases, video evidence, and ensure clinical data management quality.
- Review clinical and ePRO data, perform queries, and reconcile datasets.
- Create and maintain Data Management Plans, CRF specifications, and eCRFs.
- Manage data migrations, exports, and transfers per client requirements.
- Support remote site data monitoring and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with biotech, CRO, and pharma partners on clinical research data management tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate degree in life sciences or related discipline.
- Experience in clinical data management, including registries, observational research, or Phase 1–3 trials.
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH, HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
- Familiarity with EDC, ePRO, and EHR systems (EDC jobs remote).
- Skills in CDISC/CDASH/SDTM standards, MedDRA, and WHO Drug coding.
- Strong communication, project management, and technical documentation skills.
Preferred: 0–10 years’ professional experience, digital/mobile app knowledge, and exposure to rare diseases or gene therapy data.
