Summary of Responsibilities
- Facilitate the creation, revision, or inactivation of all project training requirements within the LMS.
- Provide regular and timely updates to project leaders and project coordinators regarding the status of all project-related training requirements.
- Monitor and track the compliance of study teams with mandatory training requirements, effectively leveraging LMS reporting capabilities and Excel for analysis.
- Proactively send notifications to team members who are delinquent in completing their assigned training requirements.
- Escalate instances of repeated delinquent training requirements to the appropriate project leads for intervention.
- Accurately assign and remove role-based curricula to staff members throughout the entire duration of a study.
- Ensure the utmost accuracy and quality of all training assignments and curricula for which you are responsible.
- Administer updates and modifications to assignments and curricula within the LMS as needed.
- Generate ad hoc reports from the LMS to address specific project needs.
- Perform regular reconciliations between LMS-generated compliance reports and project team-maintained tracking directories.
- Extract and meticulously file training records of all team members within the Trial Master File (TMF) at the conclusion of each study.
- Ensure that all project-specific training requirements are appropriately removed and inactivated upon study close-out.
- Provide dedicated support to Project Training Supervisors by fulfilling ad hoc requests in a timely manner.
- Assist the Learning Operations and Solutions Strategy function with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Fulfill all other duties as needed or assigned.
Qualifications (Minimum Required)
- Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience instead of formal educational requirements.
- Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience or equivalent training and practical experience.
- At least 1 year of experience within the Clinical Research or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior experience with an LMS (Saba Cloud preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively.
- Experience working with SharePoint.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively within team environments.
- A solid understanding of clinical trials and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Knowledge of LMS functionalities is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience with quality and compliance tracking processes.
Preferred Qualifications Include
- Bachelor’s degree – preferably in life sciences, or in lieu of a degree – 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
Standard office environment. Must be capable of working at a computer keyboard for extended periods (6-8 hours per day).
