Introduction to Role:
Role holders provide communications expertise by leading teams in delivering high-quality clinical regulatory documents. They contribute to communication strategy development and improvement projects at a program level.
Accountabilities:
- Lead authoring and timely delivery of high-quality clinical-regulatory documents with limited guidance.
- Ensure regulatory and quality standards are met and relevant processes are applied.
- Balance multiple tasks across drug projects and drive clinical interpretation of data for clear messaging.
- Collaborate with other functions and external service providers during document development.
- Advocate for quality and efficiency in communication support for projects.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Life Sciences degree in an appropriate subject area.
- Experience in medical communications.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (Ph.D).
- Experience in medical writing in the pharmaceutical industry.
