INST Mohali Internship 2024 – Applications Invited

Institute of Nano Science and Technology Mohali provides an opportunity to exceptionally good students to execute an innovative research and development project under the guidance of INST faculty. The students from different institutions including IITs, NITs, IISERs, Central Universities and other academic/research institutes and industry partners/MoU based across the country are eligible to apply. Students who have their own fellowship awarded from either KVPY, BIRAC, IASc, INSA, NASI, Inspire Programme (DST) or any other agency of Govt. of India are highly encouraged.

* Applications for less than two months will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Students pursuing M.Sc./M.Tech./M. Pharm with a background in Basic Sciences/Applied Sciences/Engineering degree.

Application Process

• Candidates mustforward a cover letter and CV to [email protected] before the deadline. Also, all the relevant certificates proving age, educational qualifications, experience (if any) and reservation category should be attached.
• The internship committee will scrutinize the application and the selected candidates will be intimated via email.

• Undertaking form

For issue of certificate

The internship certificate will be issued to the candidate

by the internship coordinator. A hard copy of the no-dues form and internship report must be submitted to the
internship coordinator for the issue of a certificate.

All the forms related to internship can be issued at Academic Section.

Important Note:

• No financial assistance will be provided.
• The internship program charges/fee is Rs. 2000/- per month +18% GST per month NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Additionally, Rs. 2000+18% GST per month NON-REFUNDABLE will be charged for accommodation.
• The above charges are payable online, in advance, before the start of internship program. The account details will be shared to the students by the internship coordinator after confirmation.
• The Institute does not guarantee for any accommodation which is subject to availability only.
• Mess will be charged as per actual rates, payable to the mess contractor.
• After successful completion of dissertation, certificate will be issued by internship coordinator.
• Students who come on sponsored programme by GoI like KVPY, BIRAC, IASc, INSA, NASI, Inspire Programme (DST) and MoU based will be governed as per the terms and
  conditions of the fellowship.
• No extension of internship after the tenure period will be entertained.
