The BIOTECHNOPRENEUR™ PROGRAMME 2018-19 is jointly promoted by Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) and Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission (GSBTM) under the aegis of Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of Gujarat.
EDII’s Biotechnopreneur™ Programme would enable entrepreneurs to get an all-around exposure and real insights into business opportunities, preparing a viable business plan, identifying sources of finance and technology, project implementation, besides building a network.
Programme Outline:
This is a ten month weekend programme (Saturdays and Sundays only) comprising of 4 months of classroom sessions, and further 6 months consisting of field visits, market analysis on chosen project idea, project planning and preparation of viable business plan, attaining business leadership, project management and execution along with mentoring. The sessions will be conducted at the EDII campus near Gandhinagar (Gujarat) on Saturdays and Sundays between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm, followed by lunch. Industry visits will be organized for exposure cum learning purposes.
The course fee is: INR 50,000/-
(The actual Programme fee is 1.5 lakh, from which 1 lakh is supported by the GSBTM. So, only one-third of the amount i.e. INR 50,000/- has to be paid by the participant.)
