Key Responsibilities
The PMAT role is essential for maintaining the operational flow between scientific departments and the client. The position requires navigating complex information systems and interpreting scientific protocols.
- Systems Management: Utilize LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) to upload subcontracted reports and facilitate analytical report revisions.
- Stability Study Oversight: Work with scientific departments to generate a cumulative report built in Excel. This involves interpreting stability protocols, including specific timepoints, specifications, and reporting requirements.
- Financial Administration: Support internal financial activities, including the management of Purchase Orders (POs), client discounts, and the authorization of Change Orders and billing workflows.
- Data Reporting: Generate process monitor reports and manual reports using Power BI and LIMS to provide actionable insights to PMs and clients.
- Operational Support: Handle administrative tasks such as supply ordering, DocuSign setup, and direct LIMS data entry for selected client accounts.
Qualifications & Experience
Eurofins is seeking candidates with a strong scientific foundation and a rigorous approach to data management.
- Education: A Master’s degree in a science-related field (M.Sc.)
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and the ability to learn proprietary information systems quickly.
- Core Competencies:
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills for direct client interaction.
- Strong mathematical skills and logical reasoning ability.
- The capacity to handle prioritization and multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
