Key Responsibilities
- Identify and create safety cases from multiple intake sources
- Perform triage, case prioritization, and case processing activities
- Enter, review, and validate data in the global safety database
- Process AE, SAE, and SUSAR cases as per client SOPs
- Code medical terms using MedDRA and WHO-Drug
- Prepare case narratives and ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform follow-ups and resolve pending action items
- Support audits, inspections, and pharmacovigilance projects

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences
Experience

Skills
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance operations and drug safety
- Familiarity with safety databases and MS Office
