Key Responsibilities For Clinical Research Associate Job
The CRA Level I/II plays an active role in reaching clinical goals and meeting project deadlines through the following:
- Site Monitoring: Conduct on-site monitoring visits and perform risk-based monitoring (RBQM), including source data verification (SDV) and source document review (SDR).
- System Management: Work proficiently with client systems, including CTMS, EDC, IWRS, and eTMF.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sites, resolving issues and maintaining study integrity.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure study conduct aligns with protocols and SOPs; support site audits and assist in developing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate monitoring reports and follow-up letters in a timely manner.
Essential Requirements For Clinical Research Associate Job
- Education: Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Mandatory Experience: A minimum of 1–1.5 years of on-site monitoring experience in clinical trials is required.
- Compliance Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Preferred: Experience working in a Functional Service Provider (FSP) model is an advantage.
- Documentation: A valid driver’s license (where applicable)
- Experience Level: Level I or II (Based on proficiency and years of experience)
