Job Description Summary

  • Author and maintain SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and product labels globally using the SAP EHS module.
  • Manage CLP poison center notifications.
  • Maintain raw material data in SAP EHS.
  • Support new product introductions and update existing product information.
  • Ensure the accuracy of safety and regulatory documentation.

Duties & Responsibilities

Safety Documentation

  • Assist in authoring and reviewing chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  • Create and review hazard communication documents.

Regulatory Systems (SAP EHS)

  • Maintain product safety data in SAP.
  • Update raw materials and new product details in SAP EHS.

Regulatory Compliance & Product Registration

  • Handle poison center notifications and product registrations.
  • Coordinate with global Product Safety teams for harmonized processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with business and supply chain teams to resolve product safety-related issues.
  • Support efficient workflows across regulatory and compliance functions.

Qualification & Experience

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Biochemistry or Biotechnology.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in English (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
