Job Details:
The RCB Faridabad recruitment 2025 invites applications for Project Associate-II in a biotechnology-based research project titled:
“An Integrated Cell Wall Biochemistry-Based Strategy for Promoting the Resilience and Circularity of Rice Cultivation” under the DBT–Indo Swedish Programme.
This role offers an incredible opportunity to work in advanced biotechnology research jobs focused on plant molecular biology and biochemical analysis.
Principal Investigators:
- Dr. Ramu Vemanna, Associate Professor
- Dr. Prashant Pawar, Associate Professor
- Duration: One year (extendable based on performance)
- Monthly Emolument: ₹35,000 + 27% HRA
- Age Limit: Below 28 years
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Agricultural Biotechnology.
- Must have cleared a national level eligibility test such as CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, or DBT.
- Preference will be given to candidates experienced in biotechnology research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct molecular biology and plant biochemistry experiments.
- Support biotechnology project activities related to plant cell wall analysis.
- Design, execute, and interpret research data for publication.
- Collaborate effectively with senior researchers in multidisciplinary research jobs.
Skills Required:
- In-depth understanding of molecular biology and biochemical techniques.
- Practical experience in plant system research (minimum one year preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal collaboration abilities.
