Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Research Scientist with 2–3 years of experience in LFA development and POCT. The candidate will be responsible for the research, development, and optimization of lateral flow assays and diagnostic kits, contributing to cutting-edge healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and validate lateral flow assays (LFA) for diagnostic applications.
- Conduct experimental studies, data analysis, and troubleshooting for assay optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on POCT product development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of research activities and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality control standards.
- Support scale-up, production, and technology transfer activities as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) or higher in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in LFA and POCT development.
- Strong understanding of immunoassay principles and analytical techniques.
- Proficiency in experimental design, data interpretation, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
