Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to medical queries, product complaints, and general inquiries (French language)
  • Process, document, and report ADRs within regulatory timelines
  • Execute drug safety data management, peer reviews, and case follow-ups
  • Perform QC checks, data tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Create and update training materials; conduct training effectiveness checks
  • Maintain accuracy of processed safety data
  • Support medical information, signal detection tasks, and regulatory documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with SOPs and GVP guidelines

Educational Requirements:

Experience:

2–3 years of safety experience preferred

Skills Required:

  • French speaking + writing proficiency
  • Strong English communication skills required
  • Strong medical communications ability
  • Experience in call center or safety operations
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and Pharmacovigilance processes
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
  • Ability to analyze medical information
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Team-oriented with ability to work independently
