Job Details
This global execution-driven position ensures operational excellence in clinical study management across phases and therapeutic areas. You will support study managers and global study leaders while maintaining oversight of eTMF, vendor performance, CRO operations, and key study tracking systems to drive high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with global study leaders to monitor progress, resolve risks, and ensure quality delivery
- Lead end-to-end operational study activities from setup to closeout
- Review protocols, ICFs, and contribute to essential study plans
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee country-level recruitment, data checks, and compliance
- Manage vendor performance and CRO oversight
- Oversee IP, supplies, and continuity of study materials
- Ensure eTMF quality, completeness, and inspection readiness
- Support budget reviews, change orders, and financial consistency checks
Skills Required:
- Strong clinical trial coordination experience
- Knowledge of eTMF, vendor oversight & CRO processes
- Excellent communication & project management skills
- Ability to manage timelines, risks, and study tracking systems
- Experience in clinical operations or clinical research jobs preferred
