Job Details:
The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and monitoring clinical studies while ensuring adherence to GCP and regulatory standards.
- Position: Clinical Research Associate (Clinical Trials)
- Location: Hyderabad, India
- Employment Type: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site feasibility, identify potential investigators, and negotiate study budgets
- Prepare and submit study documents for EC permissions across centers
- Manage IP dispensing, inventory control, and reconciliation
- Ensure timely site initiation, monitoring, and close-out
- Train investigators and site staff on study protocols and GCP principles
- Monitor participant recruitment, data entry, and query resolution
- Oversee SAE/SUSAR reporting and ensure compliance with PV policies
- Identify and analyze site-related risks, implementing CAPA as needed
- Collaborate with CRO partners for data management, statistical analysis, and DBL
Skills Required for Clinical Research Associate Job:
- Strong knowledge of GCP practices and regulatory guidelines
- Expertise in Phase III & IV Clinical Trials
- Proficiency in site management and documentation standards
- Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams
