Job Details:
- Job Title: Clinical Project Assistant
- Location: Hyderabad, India
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Experience Required: 3+ years in clinical research & development, including eTMF document management
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Support setup and administration of eTMF, IMPACT CTMS/eSTRA, and other clinical operations tools in compliance with ICH GCP guidelines.
- Collect, archive, and upload study documents for new and existing sites, ensuring quality control.
- Track project progress against timelines and milestones.
- Draft, update, and maintain study documentation including SOPs, manuals, training guides, and portals.
- Support budget tracking, site payments, and stakeholder communications.
- Conduct file review, assist audits, and ensure document readiness and completeness.
- Onboard new team members, manage tool access, and maintain e-training compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact between operations teams and stakeholders, updating site milestones and IRB/IEC approvals.
- Collaborate with Clinical Project Leaders, CRAs, and cross-functional teams.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of clinical research and clinical trial administration.
- Excellent eTMF management skills and familiarity with clinical tools.
- Understanding of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical trial methodologies.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and emerging technologies.
