Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the filling line team, including operators, technicians, and other personnel.

Ensure efficient and compliant operation of vial washing, depyrogenation tunnel, and filling machines (Groninger and BOSCH).

Enforce adherence to cGMP guidelines, Schedule M, and WHO standards across all filling operations.

Oversee the training and development of filling line personnel on aseptic techniques, equipment operation, and documentation practices.

Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure efficient workflow.

Troubleshoot operational issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate complex problems.

Participate in investigations of deviations, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

Develop and revise SOPs, BMRs, and other operational documentation.

Review and ensure proper completion of all batch records.

Oversee IQ/OQ/PQ qualification of filling line equipment and participate in process validation.

Manage calibration and verification of equipment, including weighing balances.

Monitor environmental conditions in the filling area and ensure compliance with standards.

Maintain inventory of supplies and materials for the filling line.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualification:
M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology or B.Pharm
Experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production, aseptic filling, or biotechnology operations
