Responsibilities:
- Performing bioassays and functional characterization of biologics such as recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), vaccines, and CGT products.
- Supporting method development, validation, and collaborative testing of reference standards.
- Executing projects in line with GLP and QMS practices.
- Analyzing and interpreting data using statistical methods and preparing scientific reports.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and process-related issues.
- Participating in departmental training, audits, and conferences to stay updated with scientific trends.
Requirements
- Education: MSc in Biochemistry or related Biological Sciences.
- Experience: 3–6 years in biopharmaceutical product development, bioassays, potency assays, mAb functional assays, flow cytometry, and cell culture.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, statistical analysis expertise, QMS knowledge, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in the biotechnology or biopharma industry and assay validation is highly preferred.
