Training Specialist Role Description:
The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering customer and internal technical training courses/programs targeting new hire orientation, product and applications training, etc. and for providing an efficient and effective support service to the local, regional and global Training team.

Educational Requirements for the Training Specialist Role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences and Biotechnology processes, particularly downstream processing applications.
Key Responsibilities of the Training Specialist Role:
- Design and conduct national and international technical training sessions (in-person and online) for sales teams and customers.
- Develop and implement digital learning formats such as web-based training, virtual classrooms, and video tutorials within blended learning models.
- Collaborate with internal experts and external vendors to deliver technical courses effectively.
- Assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously enhance learning content.
- Coordinate training programs and events for diverse target audiences, supporting internal sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare, adapt, and maintain engaging and accurate learning materials.
Skills Required for the Training Specialist Role:
Technical & Professional Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Life Science / Biopharma industry and downstream processing.
- Familiarity with Sartorius product portfolio is an advantage.
- Experience in sales enablement or technical training preferred.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, databases, and learning management tools.
- High affinity for digital learning technologies and e-learning content creation.
